ATV Puerto Rico LLC Rental Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation Notice:
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental time to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the rental cost.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 75% of the rental cost.
2. No-Show Policy:
- Customers who do not show up for their scheduled rental without prior notification will forfeit the entire rental fee.
3. Weather-Related Cancellations:
- If weather conditions are deemed unsafe for ATV riding (e.g., heavy rain or storms), customers may cancel without penalty and receive a full refund or reschedule.
4. Rescheduling:
- Customers may reschedule their rental at no additional charge, provided they give at least 48 hours' notice.
